Vacuum-packed, chilled chicken prepared using the sous vide method. Preparation instructions: We recommend heating the meat directly in the package in boiling water for 30-35 minutes. Then remove from the package and tear with forks. We recommend covering the shredded meat with baking powder, or brushing it with one of our marinades.
